Restore Premium

Open the Premium paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Use the Manage subscription button inside the app paywall or go to Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Turn off iCloud sync

Open Profile in the app and switch off Use iCloud for storage. Turning sync off stops future syncing on that device.

Turn off notifications

Disable pollen alerts or weekly reports inside the app, or open iOS Settings to revoke notification permission entirely.

Stop using GPS location

Switch from GPS to manual postcode entry in the app's location settings and save a postcode instead.
